Bustle Skirt Flop
I made this skirt for Millie a couple weeks ago, from a tutorial I saw on Good Things Utah I think, but I didn't buy enough fabric for the circles, I tried to make it work with what I had. As you can see it didn't work out, so its just sitting in my fabric pile, waiting for me to go buy some more fabric for the circles.
If I could finish it, it would be so cute for Easter!
My question is what do I have her wear with something like this?
Hopefully I can salvage this project, and if I do, I'll let you know.
